WindexShop offers a 60-day return and refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Eligibility


  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.
  • Opened or used items may be considered for return only in cases of product defect or damage upon arrival.

Refund Processing


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

  • Used, damaged, or misused products
  • Items returned without prior approval from customer support
  • Items returned outside the 60-day return window
